RIVA's proprietary new software. Provides GSM voice, CSD and SMS to all
users. Designed using RIVA's "distributed" Mobile Switching
Center (MSC) architecture. nanoIP enables cell hand off between
nanoCELLs. When connected to a Cisco router, can terminate calls to VoIP
or the PSTN. The nanoIP MSC soft switch can control any number of
nanoCELLs. Multiple MSC kits can be interconnected to provide failsafe
local service.
